at a soul level:

I am a lifelong learner, creative, athlete & dance fanatic who has been disguised as a devoted corporate executive for 10 years. The pivot? I chose to direct my bravery, perseverance and grit to coming home to myself and my burning desire to lift others up, cultivate longevity of life & share my creative gifts with the world.

what led to the pivot?

I was a pro at making my life appear “beautiful” in the eyes of others. When I felt unsafe, unheard, unseen, alone, and unloved, the world still always saw the same Tyler. The weight and pressure that came with pretending, masking up and forcing what I thought my life needed to be was not something I could continue any longer. Hiding, shrinking, staying quiet, feeling like I could not move an inch, and learning to avoid my needs (and instead build coping mechanisms) to stay safe was hiding beneath the “beauty” of the life I had built. The truth? Fear ruled my life, and I was completely disconnected from my heart, soul and body. My own self-love and voice felt non-existent. It was time to be present, rise, to end the cycles, and create my definition of beauty, for current me, and for all versions of myself who deserved it too.

acting with integrity, on my terms:

Before soul-alignment, acting with integrity meant committing to education, marriage, corporate career, and a hidden, deep-rooted continuation of generational cycles. My creativity and imagination were nowhere in the picture, and my life felt like it.

Integrity during and after my soul-alignment meant accepting excruciating truths, walking down a deep healing journey, healing trauma-loops, ending relationships, moving 1000+ miles to another new city, and finally, building a life where my soul could breathe, expand and sparkle in ways I was always meant to.
